Introducing the Hybrid XL. This POI fanny pack follows the same design as the classic Hybrid IFAK, with a few key upgrades. Its overall size is similar to the Tear-Away Hybrid IFAK, giving you more space for POI equipment setups. To better support the added load, we increased the belt width to 2″. The wings accept single-row PALS pouches; if you want to mount a double-row pouch, you can anchor the second row directly to the belt.
